How To Make Natural Healthy Isotonic Drink
I would like to share with you a simple recipe for isotonics drink.It contains no preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners.Only natural ingredients.
Ingredients:

Natural taste and source of vitamin Cdram of Himalayan salt - Electrolytes
Himalayan salt is untreated and without toxins.It consists of 84 minerals which complement the minerals losts during sport.0.5 liter of water
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients together in a jug.
Cool in the fridge if you like cold.That's all !
