How To Make Natural Healthy Isotonic Drink

I would like to share with you a simple recipe for isotonics drink.It contains no preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners.Only natural ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • one tablespoonful natural good quality honey - Carbohydrates
    I used honeydew honey because it contains the most microelements, vitamins and carbohydrates.In addition, it's a natural antibiotic that will protect our health.

  • juice of half lemon - Taste
    Natural taste and source of vitamin C

  • dram of Himalayan salt - Electrolytes
    Himalayan salt is untreated and without toxins.It consists of 84 minerals which complement the minerals losts during sport.

  • 0.5 liter of water

Preparing:

Mix all ingredients together in a jug.
