Good evening friends and air-clinicians it's another wonderful Saturday, a time to rest and spend quality time with friends and family.

Today I spent most of my day in the church, as we have youth conference in my church a three days programme, today been the second day of the programme the programme will be concluded tomorrow by God grace.

I was indeed a great time with God I was so happy to have attended the program.

Health-wise I am doing fine I only had a slight headache in the afternoon which is probably due to stress, it's gone now even without the use of medicine.
