Tropical Storm Kiko Becomes a Hurricane Again and Heads to Hawaii

Tropical Storm Kiko is reforming into a Hurricane and is headed to Hawaii.

The forecasters expect that Kiko will weaken. We will have to see as the forecasters said it would not become a hurricane again.

So much for forecasting.
