Fried Moano for Dinner - Big Island of Hawaii

The rain came down so we could not grill. We put oil in the cast iron pan and heated it up and put the fish in with just a dusting of garlic salt and pepper.

Just a minute on each side and the fish was done.

We ate it with hot rice and home made chicken vegetable soup.

It was so awesome.
