So continuing from yesterdays SublimeSunday where I showed you some exhibits at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. This is part two of the trip because I took way too many pictures an all together in one post would have made it bit long for scrolling! Anyway let's kick part two off with a #Haturday by @saffisara

Yes my boy raided the gift shop of course, Camo cap, a pen that is like an arrow, camp lanyard and a collection of inert display bullets.

These cannons are sat outside the entrance to the museum, a handy photo opportunity although we were not the only ones with the idea.

What a poser, no idea where he gets that from.

Let's get back to the armour.

A shiny suit, many of the displays are behind glass to preserve them - that and poor lighting make photography difficult.

This is a hands on display, you get to try on these armour plate gloves - they are heavy!

This battle display has a clever twist, there are viewing ports around the side - looking down into them you get a magnified view side on of the battlefield.

That is how it looks, I had to zoom in through the glass so it is a bit grainy.

The museum is over 5 floors, on floor 4 we encountered this display - it is the hunting area.

Watch the birdie - well this one at least can not watch you.

This is quite clever, on the floor below there are rooms with displays in video information - on the top of these rooms are these displays!

We saw the white knight on his horse side on floor 2, now we are looking down on him - this is on floor five.

Looking up at the room of Steel - this is the first display but we ended up looking at it last.

This very cool coat of arms is part of the tall room display.

The gift shop has this very cool looking elephant on display.

And bullets, the gift shop has lots of bullets (inert display ones of course)
