We've had a long absence since the last Happy Hour and I couldn't think of a better time to breathe some life back into the positivity movement here on the Steem blockchain!
What's that? You've never heard of this world-renowned event called Happy Hour with @ats-david? Have you been living in a deep-Amazon Jungle village for the past year? Have you been stranded on a deserted Pacific island? Have you been brooding in the toxic halls of popular, self-serving Discord communities?
Well, it's time for you to see the light, lift your spirits (or drink some), and turn that filthy frown upside-down!
The Happy Hour with @ats-david is about positivity and stuff, but the best part is...
It lasts for a full 24 hours!
This happy hour of mine will be all about being positive, since it has gained so much popularity in recent times. Positivity movements, plastic smiles, endless compliments, sunshine and rainbows, puppies and kittens...you know the drill. But what does that have to do with me?
Well, this post will serve as my contribution to the roses-and-butterflies-and-baby-seals perspective of life. And here's how it works:

It seems I have been living in the deep-Amazon Jungle village Lolzzz.
OK my topic will be the electricity power shortage in Africa especially Nigeria 🇳🇬.
I live in a country that gives like only 4hrs electricity power supply daily.
It makes so many business and even household run on fuel thereby increasing the cost of production/living.
Is there really anything positive one could draw from this?
Absolutely! Here's my positive response to this unfortunate situation...
You could have electricity all day long and be subjected to 24-hour news channels on your television. But luckily for you, you can be out in nature, finding rare gems like fuel, and completely ignoring current events!

The shortage of light does truly gives us time to explore other things the world has to offer.

Donald Trump created volcanic eruptions, all flights were cancelled, and that prevented Bitcoin and STEEM from going to the Moon. Now I can't go to the flatbread festival because I can't afford to pay for my vacation, and I'll never be happy again.
Well, look at the bright side. You still have the wonderful social interactions here on Steemit to get you through each and every day!
