How can you be happy when you are flooded with lots of problems? You know what, the real challenge of becoming a happy person is when you are facing severe issues, but you always try to be satisfied. You should always try to find the comfort zone as its a continuing process. Continue to read on,
First off, you need to change your thoughts. Naturally, human beings are tempted by negative thoughts; they used to remember all negative things instead of remembering good things. You guys should train yourself by forgetting the bad moments. Free your mind from negative thoughts and keep reminding good thoughts always.
Keep considering small things which makes you happy. Sleep at decent hours and don't feel too hungry.
Don't take all the small issues seriously. Just consider them fake till you feel it genuinely. Always feel lightly
Do Exercise every morning to boost your energy level. Believe me; it helps you to feel light and refresh all the day. It's a little chunk of happiness.
Do whatever you feel light and fresh for long time. Also, don't avoid little things which can make you happy.

Happy to see your post after so many days mam @ikrahch 😊 I totally agree with your words if we always thought about negative things we will get depressed & can't be happy. We always should think positive & have confidence they will see that actually we able to feel happy 🙂
