Eight(8) days ago I share post on reason while you are unhappy and how you can start to stay happy, which I said there on that post I will be sharing the last three(3) reason anytime soon. But now is that day.



THREE REASON WHILE YOU ARE UNHAPPY AND HOW YOU CAN START TO STAY HAPPY

  • You are seeking fulfillment in material things.
    If you find yourself thinking things this way: When I'm able to get that beautiful house I will be happy, or when I'm making millions you will be happy, or when i can get beautiful cars I'll be happy?
    One of the biggest fabrications that our ego mind likes to telllus is that being rich, famous and successive, we are some how going too be living the best life ever.
    While getting a new car, houses and make more money may certainlymake our live easier, It doesn't mean we are going to be happy when we get all these things true happiness come from our mindset and we choose to live and be in the world-not a pair of monolos and some gucci.***

  • You focused on what you are getting rather than what you are giving.
    If you are tend to get caught up inthinking that if you did favor for damilolaso she have to return it back, by doing you a favor. Or if you are tend to get caught up in thinking about how much money you are getting from your employer rather than how much you are giving as salary of work?***
    It's interesting, but often when we are focused on a mindset of always thinking about what we are getting, which they are never seem to be enough. They always lack.
    However, when we shift our mindset and start to focus more on what we are giving, which we are able to see what we are actually receiving in turn, we can find ourselves more grateful and content of what we do right here, right now.

  • You are trying to push your feelings of sadness, worry and anger away.
    In the world of self-help and personal growth, their are lot of talk out there about a need to be positive so that you can be happy and joyful live the best life ever possible.
    What I'm right to tell you is that: thinking that you need to be positive all the time, is BS.
    It is not remotely realistic. We all have our good days and our bad days. Health issues happen, people die, pet die, we lost job and relationship end. then we still move.
    As a result. We cry, we scream and we worry. Someone does or say something to hurt us and we struggle to forgive. We have wounds, addictions and disorders.
    It is all normal and perfectly okay. We need it and why? because we can't have light without darkness, we need both to be whole and to feel complete.
    We all have wounds because we are been hurt in various ways and those wounds need our love and attention, we have to give ourselves time to feel and process those emotions. If we don't, is where other problems can emerge, such as an addiction, eating disorder, or maybe a case of depression.
    Allow yourself to feel both the good and the bad, because it is all part of you, by loving, accepting it and you can start to tap into your own time authentic happiness.
