I think when people overthink about unnecessary stuffs while sleeping, then that's totally bad for health. Instead of, we have to roam beautiful memories or lets say good plan on our mind for life then it gives us soothing sleep. Informative kinda article you share. Always loved to see your posts! Looking forward for new one :)
