DIY HANDICRAFT: MAKING AN EMOTICON PILLOW THROUGH THE USE OF GARBAGE PLASTIC MATERIALS

Hope you're good wherever you are guys..
Today, I want to share with you how to make a tiny pillow. This is a kind of handicraft using recycled materials.
Instead of cotton, I used our plastic trash to reduce the garbage in our house.
Helping our environment lessen the problem with garbage especially plastic materials that were being thrown everywhere.
We are living in an age where plastic was one of the major problem in our environment and was really greatly affecting every living things on earth when it comes to garbage.
So let's do some recycling and make use of garbage things to be usefull.

!PILLOW MAKING IN PROGRESS
MATERIALS TO BE USE
- plastic trash
- scissor
- plastic cover
- sewing thread
- black silk cloth
- flower beads
- ribbon
My two kids helped me to cut the plastic into small strand like piece
After Finished cutting all the plastics, I put it on the plastic bag that I created from plastic cover which will be served as the body of the pillow
Putting all the plastic strands into the plastic cover sewed on both sides to hold it all.
Then I sewed a rectangular size silk cloth that will serve as the pillow cover. And I attached the two flower beads to design it as the eyes of the pillow. Then adding other detail like the smile and the ribbon at the upper left side of the pillow giving it an emoticon result
Then put the body of the pillow inside the cover and sealed it to finish.
DONE!!!
THAT WILL BE ALL FOR NOW!!!!
