i guess well if your a little kid it could be considered odd but in all fairness the world is filled with the unconventional and yes it can be a bit shocking , for me i have that scene from star-trek where they all communicate through LANDRU a computer that runs their society and it communicates directly simultaneously with all it's citizens and it's unconventional day of sin The Return of the Archons.
looking at how a lot of policing and justice relies on A.I. which is presently nothing more than a glorified search algorithm id dare say society is pretty much run by a computer anyways already :
now "Archon" ... there's a word that triggers memories, ive never been one for chess or checkers
and maybe little kids have a lot brighter view on the world, i personally have always rejected to grow "up"
i think it closes down a lot of options once you do, and its a bad choice of words too, most people seem to grow "in" somehow , not "up" :)
