I assumed the rebound to all time highs would have happened already. When do you think this will happen or...

Is BTC not moving up or down actually a good thing? People who hate on BTC say that the price altering so much is a negative, maybe by establishing a pretty static price for BTC for awhile is what was needed for the next big bull run to take place. What do you think?
