Hi everyone
Yesterday I did the following in the gym.
• Paused overhead press 47.5kg x 3, 45kg x 3, 42.5kg x 3, 40kg x 3, 37.5kg x 4, 35kg x 4.
• Deadlift 90kg x 5.
• Inverted rows x10, 10, 7, 6, 6 within 5 minutes
• Face pulls 2 x 8
• Leg raises x 33 in 3 minutes
• Calf Raises 59kg x 23, 20.
The deadlift was done with an overhand grip. This made it hard and it is my personal best. Next time I deadlift I will be lifting with a mixed grip as it is getting very hard.
