Gym
So, today I'm talking about gym.
I visit gym like 2-3 times a week and I work out for like 2hours every time (+ I have muay thai training twice a week.
I usually go to gym with my gymbuddy, he's a good friend of mine and our fathers were desk mates in school back in day.
I do 2times a week upper body workout that containes shoulders, chest, bicep, tricep, back and abdominal (abs). And once a week I do leg workout and abs.
I do abs so much because in muay thai its important to have strong abs, so enemy punches wont harm you that much.
