Hi guys, today I wanted to present an idea for steemit, based on one of the biggest problems that the platform has. This problem is the number of users.

I think if there's one thing we're going to agree, 100% of users from steemit, is that we need new users. Many new users. We have to work together and contribute to this cause, whether we agree on the experiment or not, whether we agree on the use of the flags or not. We need many more users and that is one of the few things that matters.

I don't know if my proposal is going to be a success or a failure but I think it can help to grow the current user base.

As a main part, the idea is that users (Promoters) of steemit will be "hired" to promote the platform outside the social network.

Buenas amigos, hoy les quería presentar una idea para Steemit, basada en uno de los mayores problemas que tiene la plataforma. Y que es la cantidad de usuarios.

Creo que si hay algo en lo que vamos a coincidir el 100% de los usuarios de Steemit es en que necesitamos nuevos usuarios. Muchos nuevos usuarios. Dicho esto no hay mayor causa a la que aportar que esta, se esté de acuerdo en el experimento o no, se esté de acuerdo en el uso de las flag o no. Me caiga bien o me caiga mal tal usuario. Necesitamos muchos pero muchos más usuarios y eso es una de las pocas cosas que importa.

No sé si mi propuesta va a ser un éxito o un fracaso pero creo que puede ayudar a hacer crecer la base de usuarios actuales.

Además a esto no solo lo voy a tener que llevar a cabo yo, si no que necesito la ayuda de más personas. Mientras más seamos, creo que el éxito va a ser mayor. La idea es mía, pero es lo de menos importancia, porque va a ser un proyecto de todos los que quieran colaborar. Es por Steemit, para Steemit.

Lo que voy a proponer es bastante simple. Si existe un Steemit Team, por que no crear un Steemians Team.

Para que se preguntaran?

Primero voy a clasificar los términos de los usuarios que pertenezcan al proyecto.

-Managers

Como parte principal la idea se basa en que se “contrataría” a usuarios (Promoters) de Steemit para promocionar la plataforma por fuera de la red social.

Todo lo que recaude este post y los subsiguientes irán a un fondo, el cual servirá para pagarle a aquellos usuarios que deseen promocionar la plataforma, siempre y cuando la idea se lleve a cabo. Como sé que esto no va a alcanzar para pagarle a los Promoters. Se va a necesitar la colaboración de otros usuarios (Godfathers).

Los Godfathers van obtener el reconocimiento de los nuevos usuarios, ya que, cada post que haga de promoción un Promoters va a llevar la recomendación. Que si un nuevo usuario se entera e ingresa a la plataforma. Cree un post de introduceyourself con el tag Steemians-Team . Mencionando que ingresa por el proyecto Steemians Team y que es apadrinado por el Godfather @xxxxx, obviamente con la recomendación de que lo siga. Así el nuevo usuario obtendrá mayor reconocimiento en si primer post.

O sea que los Godfather no solo van a ganar seguidores, sino que solo donando, quizás los sigue un usuario que invierta en steem y se convierta en ballena.

Otra idea, quizás no realizable en un principio, es generar un trail de curación, destinado a votar a aquellos nuevos steemians que ingresen bajo el proyecto Steemians-Team.

La función de los Managers es controlar el trabajo de promoción de los Promoters, recibir las donaciones de los Godfathers y distribuirlas como pago a los Promoters. También ellos serán los encargados de determinar las estrategias y en que medios los Promoters promocionaran a Steemit. Por ejemplo: Taringa, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc etc.

Se va a tener que armar una base por la cual los Promoters se guíen para crear los post.

Cada post creado por un Promoter deberá ser original para no producir spam en otras plataformas. Pero bajo ciertos lineamientos que optimicen, focalicen y concreten el objetivo del proyecto Steemians Team. El cual es mostrar las ventajas de Steemit e incentivar a nuevos usuarios a unirse.

A los Promoters y Managers creo que se les tendría que tener una especial consideración a la hora de publicar en Steemit. Ya que parte de su tiempo lo van a tener dedicado a este proyecto. Esto es solo una idea. De verdad que necesito ayuda y esta puede ser modificada en cada parte. Lo que sí creo es que si a Steemit la deseamos convertir en la red social que todos soñamos, se va a necesitar del esfuerzo de todos. Cada granito de arena suma y si disfrutas que te pague Steemit, devuélveselo de alguna forma. Quizás no con este proyecto, puede ser con otro, pero colabora, hace algo por esta plataforma que tanto nos da.
