Citizen Science Grid - Calculated RAC for CPUs

This is the eighth episode in a series of articles, where I am presenting an overview of CPUs with their calculated RAC (Recent Average Credit) for whitelisted Gridcoin projects.

With this information, I hope it will become easier for team members to determine the system output running BOINC projects. The method to establish the calculated RAC is explained in the first episode, which you can find here.

This episode highlights the calculated RAC of 1100 CPUs running Citizen Science Grid. Although there are more CPUs in the market, I have only included those for which I have gathered sufficient information based on sample set of 14,000 hosts and 1,650,000 work-units.

The output is available in a file on Github and can be downloaded here. You will find projects from previous episodes in here as well. Next to the calculated RAC per CPU, it also contains the GRC earnings per day. I will continue to update the GRC earnings so it is best to download the the latest version from Github.

Gridcoin is an open source cryptocurrency (Ticker: GRC) which securely rewards volunteer computing performed upon the BOINC platform in a decentralized manner on top of proof of stake.

BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) is a distributed Internet platform and was launched beginning of 2002 and it rewards participants with credits for performed work. BOINC is an application available for multiple Operating Systems and uses the unused CPU and GPU cycles on computers to perform scientific work.
