Giouvetsi with fetta yummy
Materials
3-4 servings
1 onion
1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Olive oil
250 g Barley Medium
1/2 cube of our preference
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 tsp sugar
Feta cheese of our preference
Implementation 30-40 minutes
Chop our onion in the moult or hand
Cook it with olive oil and add half a cube of our preference and 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
When we cook a little, we pour 1 glass of water, salt (we estimate how salty we want it to be because then we add the slice), pepper, half a teaspoon of sugar and paprika or any other spice we like. Once boiled, leave for 5 minutes to boil and add the barley
Stir at intervals and whenever necessary, add water
Just after our barley is ready and has been squeezed down from the fire and served with a thick slice of our preference!
