BIS and IMF want to tie CBDCs to ID2020

This came from a clip of a WEF meeting on CBDCs. The head of the innovation hub for BIS, which controls 95% of global GDP through their central bank members, suggested that CBDCs should be packaged with digital ID (i.e. ID2020) which should be brought out first. Such a marriage would ensure you not only have no privacy but can be separated from your savings at the whim of authorities; imagine civil forfeiture at the speed of light.
