"Don't talk about it, be about it" One of my mottos. It's easier to get caught up in talking about doing something or thinking about it, then not actually following through and doing it. There comes a point when the talking needs to be replaced with action. It is good to think things through and have a plan, but to realize a goal, that plan needs to be put into action.
I am so guilty of doing this...and sometimes talking about it also ruins the motivation to take action...lol.
