Grab's mobile UI

I need to get help. I went through Grab's website to look at the self-help and FAQ. They talk nothing about the UI on the phone.

I am trying to use the Grab Share or Grab Hitch services, but there is no intuitive way to know how to choose those services. I seem to be locked into the Grab Car service.

Anyone out there have any video showing how to use? There is no buttons or selection menu to choose those two services so I'm stuck at just the Grab Car service after I hit the "Transport Button"

Anyone can help out there?!!

Someone should do a youtube video on how to book Grab Share or Grab Hitch
