It really depends on the situation, doesn't it? In a situation where I am a goal down in the Champions League final and need to attack, I'd easily pick ten midfielders ahead of Kante: Kroos, Modric, Pjanic, Vidal, Iniesta, Rakitic, Thiago, Fabregas, Nainggolan, Pogba. Could probably name another ten if I tried.
If I were up one goal and shutting up shop in the last 10 minutes of the Champions League final, then sure, Kante would be one of my top choices.
