I fear selective discrimination in the potential where Take The Trump Train song is made witch hunt within Trump campaign investigation. I fear the CIA due to call intercept tool victimization and former employ on the run. For them I say; “As American intelligence. You are aware of laws in America. When the 702 Policy began illegally extracting data why didn’t you report?” If it’s a crime to know of a crime and fail to report. I suppose the CIA, NSA, FBI and any agents employed by USA should have reported the criminal data extraction methodology. Because no one reported the illegal extraction, and agents favored the sustaining of the 702 Policy without corrective revisions to ensure data extraction first came with sufficient warrant, the abuse continued until the Supreme Court would recognize the crimes of illegal data extraction. Where the US CIA aims to indict citizens to have assisted Donald J. Trump in rally for President in 2016. It’s my concern that my song #TakeTheTrumpTrain may result in selective prosecution to prevent my ability to rally, vote, etc. When the cops have committed a crime in America, the FBI is the agency to report to in America; “Who is the agency to report to should the CIA, NSA, FBI, or like agency contains agents guilty of criminal acts?” To those whom aim to indict Americans with every right to rally I say; “America is a nation that was founded upon the will to live in a place where warrantless search was not in the set of possibility for governance. The freedom of America in concern to the right to privacy has been violated. Criminal offenders like Glenn Greenwald have seen no indictment. Why? Why when public information provides criminal leaks of classified materials occurred via the Intercept publishing company at the consent of Glenn Greenwald? Is this a selective failure to enforce upon a treason offender?” While, the case concerning destruction of evidence by one warranted by superior court have been abandoned by agency with the ability to indict and prosecute. What is the end strategy for corruption? America is a nation threatened by illegal data extraction that occurred on an international level in accordance to statements made by James Comey when questioned by Senate. What is more frightening is the reality where such a class action results in attempt of militant defense to sustain America when failing to pay what is owed to victims post settlement.
