Busted: Special Services of Foreign Countries Assisting ISIS in Syria

Busted: While it's been known that various terrorist affiliations in Syria have received funding and weapons from various governments - now information has come to light, in the words of Vasily Nebenzya, that special services may be involved. Nebenzya, the permanent representative of Russia to the Security Council, made an interesting remark stating that ''The Babel Tower'' of global terror has fallen to pieces. There was also a mention in the report about how these almost extinguished ISIS cells are continuing to make use of creative ways to make money. Some of them are speculating on the stock exchanges and real economies of a vast array of different countries. You could only take a guess at which countries those may be.
