Genesis Mining Update

In the last couple days we’ve experienced technical difficulties with our website. As a result some user balances and other stats in the user dashboard were not shown correctly and we're happy to announce that these issues are now solved and the front-end is running smoothly again.
Due to the system outage we unfortunately couldn’t process the last days payouts, however the mining operation itself was not influenced by this and all missing mining profits will be accumulated and paid out in full within the next few mining days.

thats good to hear...thanks mate....btw..i have still problems with steem payout,backlog to end of may.....
looks as they have to man up.....their customer service turned to very bad....used to be quick and helpful...nowadays its just lacking or telling IT crew is working on it......what for months now and it is still not sorted....
maybe steem payout put in pending as Steem has still issues. Even in Poloniex, Steem & SBD transactions are suspended for long time due to issues as Steem/SBD Team is probably still working on best solutions.
for Genesis Support, I experienced no problems.. just lately that response is getting slower. but all my queries were answered.
that could be a factor too,who knows.....
me either,its the same as you said,its way much slower and i may had not a hand full of queries since i started with them in nov 2016
hope we get payed soon,they are about 5 days behind...will be a big payday....

48 hours came and went........no payouts yet from genesis-mining. should we worry?

We have been experiencing some technical difficulties in the past few days. As a result, user balances were not shown correctly and the functionality of the website has been reduced.
This is representing a bigger challenge than expected, but our IT Team is currently working on solving the issues. This situation has also forced us to hold payouts since the last 20th of July, but they will be released to your wallets as soon as the situation is stabilized. We expect to have everything solved (payouts included) during this week.
Thanks for the updte @encryptcy! Let's hope their expectations turn to reality. They already said they had it under control once before.
