Pancit Bihon with Pork & Cabbage
Hello everyone!
Today,I will share again the pancit bihon I cooked. This time the meat I used is now the real pork meat. Unlike before it is the canned corned beef.
It still have same process. The corned beef was replaced only by the pork meat. I also cooked it with the use of fire woods. My brother has a lot of fire woods in his place. 😃
Let us start the cooking. 😃
Ingredients:
● bihon noodles
● cabbage
● pork meat
● garlic
● onion
● red bell pepper
● calamansi juice
● cooking oil
● vinegar
● soy sauce
● oyster sauce
● magic sarap
● salt
Procedures:
- In a pan with cooking oil, saute garlic, onion, red bell pepper and pork meat. Add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, magic sarap and salt. Let the pork meat cook.
- When the pork meat is cooked and becomes tender just add cabbage. Simmer for 3 minutes. Then, transfer in a clean plate and set aside.
- In same pan, boil water and put some soy sauce and magic sarap. When it boils, put the bihon noodles.
- Stir until bihon noodles cooked and absorb all the water. Put some oyster sauce, calamansi juice and the sauted cabbage with pork meat. Mix well then serve.
I paired the pancit bihon with sliced bread and juice. 😃
I remember my childhood days, I am happy when my mother cooked pancit for my birthday. 🥰
Have a happy meal to us all!
