Noodle Battle: Delicious Noodle Revealed!

Hello, friends especially foodies!

Today i would like to share my experience in eating noodle in two different places. First, in our favorite noodle restaurant and in another new noodle stall. Actually the day before yesterday there was a new noodle stall opened in a mrt station which was located in blok m, and also it was connected to the blok m plaza.

When we tried to come there and wanted to eat, they said they only sold the frozen food because they just opened that day so we then out with a big dissapointment..

Maybe you asked me why?

Well you could say that actually here, their brand has already famous for years and also we never gone to mall again recently to eat this noodle.. And when we asked when they would be ready to serve noodle, they said they just didn't know sooo then we went to our fave noodle restaurant which was located on 6th floor blok M Plaza.

Like usually the supervisor and all the servers greeted us friendly.

They had a quite large dining area, which was clean and neat. Like it usually. And also they had some customers dine in there.

The menu they had was indonesian chinese food, especially noodle.

We ordered then it came out.

Mom was the noodle stirred with beef vegetable which was a special request cause they actually didn't have it in the menu. It had tasty savory flavour with the vegetable and beef on the top.

Mine was their special noodle, and special thing, it was free. If you asked me why? i used my reward points like below in their application.

And if you asked me, the taste and also portion, it was as same as you buy it. So it was really worth it. The flavour of it was sweet and savory with the chicken mushroom topping. The noodle had curly and chewy soft texture.

And then our snacks came, it was french fries which was tasty and savory.

The Price
We only needed to pay mom's and snacks plus drink. It was 47,000 IDR after 25,000 IDR voucher. So it was around 3.18 USD.

And the day after that when i would like to have dinner, mom had passed the new noodle stall and they said yes the noodle was ready so we came there to try...

The menu they had really limited..

When we both wanted to eat noodle they said there were only a portion of rice and a portion of noodle left so we then bought it both.

We had ordered and paid then waiting on our table.

The tables here were only limited, the stall was small. One large aircon put there, we moved table cause it was to direct wind under it.

After waiting around 10 minutes, our order came.

Mom's was their pepper chicken rice while me, their special noodle.

And how about the taste? weird cause it had unfamiliar smell and also it just so so, the chicken mushroom had sweet savory flavour. The otak otak(fish cake) and fried dumpling was delicious with savory tasty flavour. And while we had the dinner, the waitress came to give us a free snack! Great, it contained fishball, fishcake, lobster ball and crispy skin. It had savory tasty flavour. Great that it was for free.

The price
My noodle costed 25,000 IDR while mom's 20,000 IDR. All costed 49,500 IDR or around 3.34 IDR.

Now i would like to compare the taste and price of both noodle i had last two days.

This time, for the taste i chose my fave noodle restaurant cause it smell good and taste nice, i didn't like weird smell for eating that really annoyed me.

And for the price, my noodle was free (haha), but if it wasn't it was 25,909 before tax while in this noodle stall was 25,000 before tax so it was quite equal.
