Rice pudding.
Among the traditional desserts, there is the rice pudding, homemade flavor, easy and quick to make, that the stars of the house like the grandmothers and aunts have their version of the recipe to share with the family, that is, personal touch that gives it a delicious flavor.

INGREDIENTS.
- 300 grams of rice.
- 1 liter of milk.
- 6 tablespoons of powdered milk.
- Cinnamon (stick).
- Sugar to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 2 spoonfuls of vanilla.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cinnamon. (powder)
STEP BY STEP.
Wash the rice.
Soak the rice for half an hour, then cook with water, a pinch of salt and cinnamon sticks until the rice is soft.
Put in the blender the liter of milk, the spoonfuls of powdered milk, the vanilla and the cornstarch.
Add the mixture to the pot where the rice is, add sugar to taste, stir until it begins to boil. Lower the heat, just add the spoonful of butter to obtain creaminess.
You must remove the cinnamon sticks and serve in individual cups sprinkling cinnamon. Dessert you can eat cold or warm according to taste. You can also add a personal touch, adding an extra-sweet point such as a dash of condensed milk or honey. You will love it!
