Romanian Lunch

I rarely post food on my blog but today it's that day, and you'll get to see what my lunch consists of. Typical Romanian food.

First dish: beef soup

Not a fan of soups but they're quite healthy so I occasionally eat em... This one was very good.

The Restaurant belongs to a neighbor so the quality is guaranteed. Wouldn't trust too many Romanian restaurants for the freshness of their ingredients.

Oh and the serving dish is typical Romanian made of clay.

Second dish: french fries and Romanian mici(cevapcici).

I doubt that any of you, non Romanian followers of mine, have ever tasted the mici. They're some sort of meatballs with a sausage shape barbecued.

Not too healthy for sure but damn tasty, served with mustard. Was just talking to a friend who's vegetarian and he was so amazed how much energy he has now after quitting meat.

Long time has passed since I've been a vegetarian... and I'm thinking to try it again.

Third dish: Stella Artois 😉

I can hardly remember when I had a Belgian one and that's not bad at all. I usually drink Heineken but today I'm having an exception, it's Stella time.

By the way can you find half a liter beer in your country, or you can only find the 0.33 ones?
