Classic Mouthgasms from The Garden of Eden

so we want to share one of our specialties --

MOUTHGASMS!!!

A mouthgasm is an epic sensation that delights
all the senses
and bursts
on the tongue in unexpected ways.

We often make small bites, although
a larger dish can also be a mouthgasmic experience.

Presentation is key to a proper mouthgasm - as we feast first with our eyes -
but the smell, feel, taste, and even sound of a dish contribute
to an unforgettable, multi-sensory experience.

Rather than follow a specific recipe, a mouthgasm has a loose formula that mixes
tastes,
textures,
colors, and
often surprising and/or super high vibe ingredients for a
memorable,
unique,
sensual,
once-in-a-lifetime

on the palette.

We love to see people drooling
as their eyes roll back in their heads
when we pop a beautiful little bite in their mouth
that slowly unfolds to reveal its full depths...
a single bite can even provide multiple mouthgasms
as each luscious element rolls around the tongue,
lending its essences to combine with the whole
for stunning pleasure!

We make both sweet and savory mouthgasms,
and because we base them loosely on formulas rather than recipes,
our dishes are almost never the same thing twice!

This is a very intuitive method of cooking
that encourages the chef to consider
the full range of characteristics
that each ingredient brings to the final dish.

To make your own, think about combining a few different tastes (salty, sweet, pungent, tart, spicy, smoky, bitter, etc.), textures (creamy, chewy, crunchy, crumbly, oily, gooey, moist, etc.), and colors to make something that has never existed before. Consider using both raw and cooked/light and dense elements, and how a final sprinkle of something like Himalayan salt or chopped jalapeños or a squeeze of lime can completely change the personality of an already gorgeous mouthgasm.

You can easily turn something "average" like French toast into an über dank experience by schmearing, drizzling, sprinkling, dolloping, spreading, and squeezing more inspired flavors and elements on it!
