The more you play in the garden - or work, however you want to call that, the more creatures come into your daily live.

This morning, I witnessed courting of two birds, but when I had my phone finally ready to catch them in the act, they told me that they don’t care for paparazzi and took off before I could even get one picture.

The same was true for the butterflies. I got a picture - but just of one of them and not a good one.

I had more luck with the snail. They are nice and slow. My kind of subject to photograph lol/ Btw. I learned all about cooking them from our friend @ketcom.

As the Permaculture people will say. The problem is the solution. If you have lots of snails eating up your garden - you will have lots of delicious morsels to eat. I only had sails once a long time ago. But I trust my friend that they are yummy.

@yabshire has an eye for critters. When we went to the irrigation store, he saw an awesome spider. Go to his account to check that one out.

In the garden, he caught this green, green grasshopper. Grasshoppers are another high protein food more and more people are eating (usually ground up in protein bars). I challenged him to eat it.

Well, he didn’t go for it. He fed it to the chickens. Would you eat snails and grasshoppers?

And look at those creatures hanging out in the flowers. They truly are strange little (and not so little) garden creatures! 😂
