Harvesting from my backyard garden to the dehydrator this last Fall.
Some friends and myself went to my garden a few months ago and harvested some Red Ursa Kale and Collard Greens to take them later to my new food dehydrator to dehydrate and then vacuum seal to be able to store on the shelf for years to come if needed. They could be used for food storing in case of an emergency.
