wow - latin! wasn't expecting that, but then I've never seen 'Beauty and the Beast" where apparently it's inscribed in a mirror :/ tough one
Yup its in the stained glass within the movie. It was a tough one wasn't;t sure if someone would get it with that little piece of the glass as a clue but @geoffreydemars did. I'm going to make the next one a just as hard but give harder hints 😉

I started googling different terms. I think it was "phrase intro beauty" that helped me. Still didn't tie in he green goblin, but I'm guessing he said it as well? Just glad I was right!!!!
I will get you the prize money once I get a winners post up. Hopefully by tonight or tomorrow morning!

Maybe make a seperate post when a winner is discovered?
I spent a bit of time reading, googling (is that cheating? lol) and was going to leave a comment/guess when I saw it had been solved already.
My guess was wrong, so wouldn't have been me. It was just solved before I started to look. May use up a post if there is still a number of daily posts limit, just made me laugh that I could have moved on after seeing the pattern of clues to answer for future challenges.
