This is at least as funny as the comment from Bundeskanzler Merkel (Germany) about the refugees crisis: "Wir schaffen das!" (We will manage). She meant the rich will still be rich and the peasants, who have to pay for it, don't have anything to say in that matter anyway. I guess Russia is laughing, and some others.
