I can't figure out if some creepy guy just decided to come to the 76ers game dressed in the worst blue dog costume ever or if the 76ers are so cheap that they got their mascot from a rigged claw game at the arcade.

    I know that doesn't answer the blue dog question, but the franchise could probably get away with any kind of mascot.
