This is what new years resolutions turns out to be most of the time.
New year hit,
People's thoughts: " Yeaaaah happy new year. I will be the new me and I will do this and that and this and that every single day NON STOP to achieve x,y,z... (huge list)
For example, people be like: "From new years I will hit gym 5 times a day, doing weight training, doing x,y,z exercises and go hard at them, do cardio and will get ripped and have a 6 pack by few months".
2 weeks later, the same people be like " Forget it, can't be bothered", back to the same habits and not even striving to achieve 1 single thing on the list they set out to do lol.
