I use to work at an Amazon Fulfillment center. The way they keep track of their boxes etc. is so incredibly efficient (thats why they know when they screw up really quickly). Happy to see they took care of it (or at least properly informed you) thats the way to do customer service!

Wow! I never saw them be this honest. As someone who works in a shipping facility, it's crazy how sometimes things "disappear".
