Back to work

Not only do you have to try and get back to work after 2 four day weekends, it is now dark and super cold. At our company we try and keep track of productivity, but I think we might just have to throw out this first week. I feel everyone is just struggling to get up and get going. The weather is definitely not helping, but I am having a hard time getting out of the relaxation mode.
