As many of you know, I have sold real estate since 1991.

I was looking at this Commercial / ICI building recently, and the listing just came on the market in the last day. I thought this was all pretty funny so thought you might get a laugh out of all of this also.

I have a professional bonded license, so I am limited on what I am allowed to say under the Ethics / Code of Conduct, so keep that in mind if I do not say much.

But you guys can LOL.

Haha about to say 3 bathrooms for 800k what a dreadful house with a bunch off odd signs outside of it! Then I read “commercial building” lol.

I’ve had some family members in real estate before. They did whatever it took to sell a homes. Clean toilets, wash floors form pets leaving a messing, wash windows, watch someone’s kids while someone ran out for r hour to go to the “bank” Drive 3 hours during a blizzard in a car with no heat. The hustle was real with those family folks they wanted that sale. They would have never allowed that to happen.

The residential market was WAY up months ago during the late fall into and past the winter months and just about when spring started, the market flooded with new listings and dropped the market about ~20% by my estimations knowing the market here like I do since 1991 starting in real estate.

There are some (a lot) of houses here worth easily more than this..... I can reserve comment on # of bathrooms.

If you search my name or YT channel and real estate + Coyston Ct. -- you can see a house I sold awhile ago that was DECKED out top to bottom and then some with a full nanny suite and a half along with a full home theatre custom built with luxury theatre seating built right in.

I had previously sold his ~14,000 sq. foot ICI warehouse building the next city over a couple years beforehand for around $1.2M.

Their office could not even find the listing in their system, also.

I once got my business cards done here back when I used business cards.

I used them my first year in real estate for all kinds of flyers, I started putting really creative stuff out in 1991 right out of the gate when I left OCVI.

I hope he fixed it before his client saw. :(
