When I started to develop the workshop I was aware that being linked to poor neighborhoods with serious economic problems not only should I teach the children to make puppets but I should also think about leaving something as a livelihood, something that parents and representatives in the children can take advantage of.

Venezuela is a country that for seven years has suffered a serious economic crisis with one of the highest hyperinflations in the world. This has made the minimum wage better and therefore the purchasing power of people is minimal bringing as a consequence bad food health problems to not be able to buy certain medicines, trying to improve the quality of life of these people is one of the purposes of the puppet workshop in the community.

For this reason and hence a plan to generate a recycling company of paper and plastic two of the most common waste within the garbage and that unfortunately product of poor management of government institutions responsible for collecting garbage that accumulates quickly bringing as a consequence focus of infections and diseases that could become fatal.
