Excerpts from the state of the nation's address
Frontline health workers will have 50% increment to their salaries for the month of April, May and June.
All health workers will have a tax free salary for the month of April, May and June.
The Government will be taking all water bills for its citizens for the month of April, May and June.
The Electricity Company of Ghana is to ensure a continuous flow of electricity within the lock down period to ensure that citizens can enjoy their stay at home.
The lock down for the two major regions thus the Ashanti Region and Greater Accra Region is to be extended for the next week.

As at today 11th April, 2020, the total number of confirm cases has reached 408 with the affected areas been Greater Accra Region with the highest number of cases (329), followed by the Ashanti Region (40), Eastern Region (25),Northern Region (10), Central Region (1), Upper East (1), Upper West (1) and North East Region (1). Rapid rise in the number of cases is attributed to the enhance surveillance and tracing system that has been adapted by the government as measure to prevent the hospitals from being overwhelmed by finding infected people and suspicious individuals for confirmation and treating them before the situation get worse or critical. A total of 27,346 tests have been done so far and it is out of this that 408 have tested positive. Below is a summary of the cases.

Stay at home, wash your hands frequently with soap, use alcohol based hand sanitizers as often as you can and report and symptoms of dry cough, fever and difficulty breathing to the nearest healthcare facility, Stay 2 meters away from others and know that this too shall pass
