Top of the most fun insults in history!
Winston Churchill was accused at one point of being drunk in public. The accusation came from Labor MP Bessie Braddock, a politician with socialist sympathies. The former British Prime Minister, famous for his irony, reacted immediately, responding as follows: "My dear, you are ugly. Tomorrow, I will be awake, but you will be ugly."
The second is a response by Barack Obama after Sarah Palin tried to make a joke by saying that the only difference between a pitbull and a mother whose son is playing European football is the lipstick. In reply, the American president said, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but he remains a pig."
The third place is occupied by a response by the pianist Liberace in response to a negative criticism by a music critic: "Thank you for your very funny story. After reading it, I laughed all the way to the bank."
Fourth Place: Noel Gallagher, talking about Robbie Williams: "You mean that fat dancer from Take That?"
Fifth Place: Winston Churchill, after being disturbed while on the toilet by the Lord of the Royal Seal: "Tell him I can not handle two shit at the same time."
Sixth Place: Frank Sinatra, talking about Robert Redford: "Well, at least he found his true love - what a pity he can not marry with himself."
Seventh place: Elizabeth Taylor, about the men with whom she starred in the films: "Some of the best actors I played with were dogs and horses."
Eighth place: Groucho Marx: "Inherit the beauty of her father. He is a plastic surgeon."
Ninth place: Bette Midler, about Princess Anne, who is not a very beautiful woman: "He loves nature, despite all that nature has done to her."
10th Place: Liam Gallagher, talking about Victoria Beckham: "She can not even chew gum and go straight in at the same time, let alone write a book."

I like the Churchill insult about his successor, not included here, something along the line of "every time he speaks, he detracts from the common sum of human knowledge."
