The Moscow Christmas tree was not the most expensive in the country.
The main tree of Nikolaev is recognized as the most expensive in Ukraine - it cost the budget 2.8 million hryvnia. And this despite the fact that in the Dnieper and Sumy they bought such festive "trees" for a much smaller amount, according to the Ukrainian truth.

It is noted that the Nicholas Christmas tree has twin sisters in other regional centers of Ukraine. However, the tree cost the budget of the Dnieper 1.4 million hryvnia, and Sumy 1.54 million hryvnia, while Nikolayev paid 2.8 million hryvnia.

Nikolaevskaya 22-meter artificial New Year tree overtook even the long-suffering Kyiv Christmas tree, which cost 2.7 million hryvnia.
