Last Hurrah at Science City
(Budding archaeologists digging for dinosaur fossils.)
To celebrate the end (almost) of a splendid summer and a new school year, a trip to Science City is on the cards for the children's last hurrah.
You can visit Science City again and again and never be tired of it. The centre is family friendly and dedicated to fun and discovery. It is constantly changing and features acclaimed travelling exhibitions. Children and even adults get an opportunity to experience and learn about history and wonders of science. Children are naturally inquisitive and they would so in awe of the science exhibits on display. Parents, be prepared for the why questions from the little ones.
Children love the Science demonstrations and activities like discovery at Dinolab. Older kids and adults love the sky bike ride. Although I have a dreadful fear of heights, I took up the challenge to ride the bike thirty feet above the ground. It was scary for me especially the return backward cycle. However, I must admit that the ride is completely fun and safe.

There is also a 4K planetarium and maybe we will explore it another time. The children are already tired and hungry from all the other activities.
(Modern take on tug-of-war?)
Lunch is at Harvey's Restaurant that is just outside Science City. It has a good menu of grilled burgers and sandwiches that the children liked.
