Welcome to FRUITS AND VEGGIES MONDAY COMPETITION the 61st week and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
I hope you are ready with all your festive goodies, because I can't wait to see them and so is our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE @proanima who is the last week 1st PRIZE WINNER for her decadent BUCKWHEAT GNOCCHI WITH CASHEW SAUCE
This lady is one of our experienced judges and well known recipe creators. I am pretty sure most of you already know her and for those of you who don't I suggest to check her blog and follow her to make sure you do not miss any of her creations.

Oh my what a beautiful savory dish Lena! The pomegranate seeds along with the quinoa, sounds luscious. I love using the acorn squash as a bowl, great idea my dear Simply beautiful presentation, always makes me smile :)
