Let's start our Monday with a healthy and beautiful breakfast smoothie bowl! Smoothie bowls are one of the easiest and healthiest breakfast meal that we can prepare specialy if were in a rush.
I made this minty tropical smoothie bowl this morning with dairy free vanilla yogurt
, ripe mango, freshly harvested strawberries, mint and a touch of gladioli edible flower, the birth month flower of August.
Course: Vegan |Vegetarian| gluten-free
Prep Time: 5minutes
- 250g dairy free vanilla yogur
- 1 medium ripe mango
- 6 pcs strawberries
- Handful of mint
Wash, slice and diced the fruits and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour in a serving smoothie bowl, decorate and enjoy!
