I make a fat head pizza roughly once a week. Often on Friday. I'm still a carnivore so mine usually have meat. Last one was chicken, sweet Italian sausage and bacon. I use double the recipe so can eat 1/4 of the pizza each day for 4 in a row. It stores well and tastes great.

I use 2 pieces of parchment paper. One under, and one on top so I can roll it out with a rolling pin. It really works great. I love how the almond flour 'toasts' it really does make a really good crust.

·

Thank you, thank you @bigtom13! So great to hear you like this too :) This dough is so easy to work with, perhaps if I doubled the recipe a roller would be a good idea! Love the chicken idea, hmmmm, might just need to make another ;)

...and it's Keto friendly... thank you Mrs Bird, someone told me about the fathead pizza dough, definitely making this one, looks divine! Lovely post @birdsinparadise!

Thank you sweet friend! Yes, this would be perfect for your hubby!!!! The dough is so easy to work with, and just enough for two people. ( Double it if you want leftovers ;) ) So glad to see you, hoping you're having a great weekend @lizelle!

Dude, this literally made me drool. I have slobber in my leg like I’ve been petting a boxer dog. I might have to try and make something like this. You’re a genius and a damn good cook. Happy food fight my friend.

·

lol, you really know how to make me laugh my good friend! I have to say i hope you'll try this one day, the crust is amazing! No bloaty, yuck feeling you often get with pizza. Sorry to make you drool, but I'm sure you whipped up something magic in the kitchen! Thank you, thank you :)

I just made a savory zucchini garlic bread that turned out delicious. I thought pizza sauce and toppings would be yum on it next time. If I can recreate it I’ll take photos next time too.

...never should I go trough your posts before eating breakfast! What a delice! (runs of to kitchen for making lots of food...) ;)

·

hehe, that means I'm doing something right, huh? I think this would be amazing for breakfast! I know you like your cheeses...perhaps you'll make this some time and let me know what you think Thanks @mondoshawan :)

This looks so delicious and amazing! I've never heard of "Fat Head" pizza crust, but I am willing to give anything a try. I usually make my own homemade pizza crust from whole wheat flour. However, the gluten-free twist of this crust needs to be seen by @dreemsteem immediately! Thanks for sharing this awesomeness, and making us drool on our keyboards! 😋

I had to look up Fat Head Pizza, too. I never heard of the stuff. Is it really as good as everyone claims? (Good tasting, I mean. You healthy-food types will eat just about anything as long as it meets some other criteria. So I'm making my priorities clear from the start.)
