Does feel life feel like a prison to you?

Freedom of the mind can be found behind bars, during lockdowns.

This is what one of inmates I write with told me: The best days I have are those when we are in a lockdown! I can be in my cell and paint without being disturbed. I am free in my world.

The worst prison we face is the one we create ourselves.
