At this time of day... What I see there is lunch. Small piglets roasted in a wooden fire is one of our favourite foods in Portugal, and my actual favourite of favourites.

We have a whole region of the country that has, as it's main and very appreciated produce, the roast piglet and sparkling wine, it's called Bairrada.
