Lo natural siempre es mejor, hay muchas recetas para preparar bebidas naturales sin azúcar añadido. La fruta de temporada permite disfrutar de Deliciosos jugos sin azúcar añadido, y es más económica.

La calidad nutricional hace de las bebidas sin azúcar añadido, la preferencia de las amas de casa especialmente cuando hay niños.

Una buena forma de endulzar naturalmente el jugo de fruta que pueda ser mezclado (hay que tener en cuenta que no todas las frutas se pueden mezclar entre sí) es remojar en agua durante la noche una pequeña cantidad de ciruelas pasas, el agua absorberá el azúcar natural de la fruta y ésta se utiliza como endulzante porque sin azúcar añadido es mejor para la salud.

A disfrutar de una vida más sana y feliz, sin azúcar añadido!
