Hi everyone,
How horrible to have an awful boss!
An awful boss can take many forms but the thing that often rankles most is that the awful boss is paid more highly than the workers who might be carrying him/her.
Some bosses are so domineering that they don't allow anyone else to do their job. Some are so weak that the workers walk all over them.
It would be lovely if we could all be our own bosses.

Been through it ... oh, the painful memories ... great reminder of how NOT to lead people... but hey, I learned a lot by NON-EXAMPLE, and am a better leader today because of it...
Yes, it's good to see how NOT to behave. Being a victim of a bad boss can be humiliating.
